My husband and I recently took a honeymoon trip to Niagara Falls, Canada and needed transportation from the Buffalo Airport to the Marriott Hotel and Spa. I would like to share with you the excellent service Jim provided. Upon our arrival we were promptly greeted by Jim, our chauffeur, at the Buffalo airport. He was awaiting our arrival at the bottom of the escalators where he helped us retrieve our luggage. Jim was very professional and courteous and even gave us some great tips on local tourist attractions, eateries and some history on the falls. I am in the customer service industry and have what I consider high standards. We were very pleased with the courteous service we received from Jim. Please extend our gratitude. We will definitely call again on our next trip out to Niagara Falls.

We came and went. Your driver was excellent. I'm sorry, I don't remember her name. When she was taking us back to the airport on Sat., the main road's were all closed. She had to take us thru a subdivision. We were able to see the storm damage. We are from Houston, Tx. and we had never seen snow like that before. It was an awesome ride.
